Artiggle Global in Pune district is seeking a Store Keeper to manage materials, stock records, and warehouse operations.

You will receive, verify, issue items to production, maintain FIFO/5S, and coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts and Dispatch to ensure smooth material flow.

Attention to accuracy, cleanliness, and adherence to safety procedures is essential for this role.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials, finished goods, and packing materials.
• Receive and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
• Issue materials to the production department as per authorized requirements.
• Update daily stock registers and inventory records.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
• Monitor stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about shortages.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, and arrangement of materials.
• Maintain inward, outward, GRN, and material issue documentation.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Accounts, and Dispatch departments.
• Maintain store cleanliness, follow FIFO, and ensure safety and 5S standards.
