Job summary

Hungry Bird IT Consulting Services Pvt Ltd in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Store Keeper to manage incoming materials, maintain stock records, issue materials to production, and ensure organized storage of inventory.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years in a store/warehouse role in manufacturing, basic Excel and Tally skills, familiarity with hydraulic fittings and hoses, and 10+2 / ITI / Diploma. Freshers with ITI may also be considered.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience as a Store Keeper/Store Assistant.
• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering setup preferred.
• Basic computer knowledge with MS Excel and Tally data entry.
• Familiarity with hydraulic fittings, hoses and CNC parts nomenclature.
• Freshers with ITI/relevant trade training may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials against invoices/POs.
• Maintain bin cards, stock registers and update stock entries in Tally/ERP daily.
• Issue materials to production against approved indents and maintain records.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, labeling and organized arrangement of items.
• Assist in periodic stock verification and cycle counts.
• Pack and label finished hose assemblies/fittings for dispatch as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and 5S discipline in the store area.

• Receive, inspect and verify incoming materials such as hoses, fittings and raw materials against invoices/POs.
• Maintain bin cards, stock registers and update stock entries in Tally/ERP on a daily basis.
• Issue materials to production against approved indents and maintain issue records.
• Ensure proper storage, tagging, labelling and organized arrangement of items in the store.
• Assist in periodic physical stock verification and cycle counts.
• Pack and label finished hose assemblies/fittings for dispatch as required.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and 5S discipline in the store area.
