Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking inventory.
• Maintain stock records for ingredients, beverages, packaging, and caf supplies.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the purchase team to ensure stock availability.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Follow FIFO and FEFO practices and ensure expiry management.
• Check quality, quantity, expiry dates, and condition of incoming goods.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, temperature control, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor wastage, breakage, pilferage, and expiry-related losses.
• Maintain records of goods received, issued, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure, and food-safety compliant.
• Support stock audits and implement costs-saving measures.

• Coordinate with chefs, baristas, department heads, and the purchase team to ensure timely stock availability.
• Monitor stock levels and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
• Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) practices.
• Check the quality, quantity, expiry dates, and condition of incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.
• Ensure proper storage, labelling, temperature control, and hygiene standards for perishable and non-perishable items.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with inventory records.
• Monitor wastage, breakage, pilferage, and expiry-related losses.
• Maintain records of goods received, goods issued, returns, transfers, and stock adjustments.
• Coordinate with suppliers and the purchase team regarding deliveries, shortages, and quality concerns.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, secure, and compliant with food safety standards.
