Yotta Infrastructure in Chennai is seeking a Senior Storage L3 professional to manage, troubleshoot, and maintain enterprise storage in a data center environment. You will handle complex storage incidents, perform RCA, and drive permanent fixes while ensuring high availability and performance.

The role requires hands-on experience with SAN/NAS, Fibre Channel, zoning, LUNs, and RAID, along with coordinating with server, virtualization, network and backup teams to resolve end-to-end storage issues.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Storage L3 professional responsible for managing, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise storage infrastructure in a data center environment. The role involves handling complex storage issues, supporting critical incidents, performing root-cause analysis, and working on storage configuration, performance, capacity, and availability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise storage infrastructure at L3 level.
• Handle complex storage incidents and provide technical resolution for critical issues.
• Perform RCA for recurring storage problems and implement permanent fixes.
• Manage storage provisioning, configuration, capacity, performance, and availability.
• Work on SAN/NAS environments, including storage connectivity and multipathing.
• Troubleshoot issues related to Fibre Channel, zoning, LUNs, RAID, replication, and storage performance.
• Monitor storage health, capacity, performance, and availability.
• Support storage upgrades, migrations, expansions, and technology refresh activities.
• Coordinate with server, virtualization, network, backup, and application teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
• Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, change records, and incident reports.
• Participate in planned maintenance, DR activities, and infrastructure changes.
• Provide technical guidance to L1/L2 teams and act as an escalation point.
