You will handle SnapMirror replication, SAN zoning, and maintain documentation to support infrastructure reliability.

Qualifications

Experience with NetApp ONTAP/CDOT and storage provisioning.
L2 incident and problem management experience.
Able to plan ONTAP upgrades in 24x7 environments.
Familiar with SAN zoning and Brocade/Cisco switches.
Knowledge of Windows/Linux host integration.
ITIL-based change management familiarity.
Storage performance monitoring and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Provide L2 storage support for NetApp incidents and service requests.
Administer and provision storage using NetApp ONTAP/CDOT.
Plan and execute ONTAP upgrades in a 24x7 environment.
Monitor storage performance, capacity and health via OnCommand tools.
Troubleshoot storage connectivity and stability issues.
Manage SAN zoning and connectivity across switches.
Ensure SnapMirror replication and data protection health.
Collaborate with Windows/Linux teams for host integration.
Maintain technical documentation and change records.
Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve infrastructure issues.

About the Role

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced NetApp Storage Administrator with strong hands‑on experience in NetApp ONTAP (CDOT), SAN/NAS, storage protocols, replication, SAN switching, and storage monitoring. The candidate will provide L2 support, handle storage operations, troubleshoot incidents, perform upgrades, and ensure storage availability and data protection in a 24×7 managed services environment.

Snapshots, Cloning, Deduplication and SnapMirror
