About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Auditor to manage inventory verification and stock reconciliation from our Head Office. The role involves reviewing stock records, identifying discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory reports, and ensuring compliance with company inventory processes. This is an office-based role with no travel requirement.

Responsibilities

• Verify and reconcile stock records with inventory reports.
• Monitor stock movements, shortages, excess, and expiry.
• Maintain accurate inventory documentation and audit reports.
• Coordinate with clinics and internal departments to resolve stock discrepancies.
• Ensure adherence to inventory SOPs and company policies.
• Prepare periodic stock variance and inventory reports.

Requirements

• Graduate in Commerce or any relevant discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in Stock Audit, Inventory Control, or Inventory Management.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
