Job summary

Vtricks Technologies is seeking an experienced Stibo MDM Consultant in Pune to lead enterprise master data management initiatives. You will design, implement, and optimize Stibo STEP MDM across multiple domains while partnering with business and IT stakeholders.

The role requires strong governance, data quality, and integration skills with ERP/CRM and data warehouses. You will mentor juniors and contribute to architecture and SOP documentation.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of overall IT experience with strong focus on Master Data Management.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on experience in Stibo STEP MDM implementation/support.
• Strong understanding of: Data Governance, Data Quality Management, Data Stewardship, Metadata Management, Reference Data Management.
• Experience in configuring: Workflows, Business Rules, Matching & Merging, Data Modeling.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, ETL tools, or middleware platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement Stibo STEP MDM solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, Supplier, or Location master data.
• Work with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable MDM solutions.
• Configure and customize Stibo STEP workflows, business rules, attributes, classifications, hierarchies, and validations.
• Define and implement Data Governance frameworks, policies, standards, stewardship processes, and data ownership models.
• Develop and maintain data quality rules, cleansing strategies, matching/merging logic, and enrichment processes.
• Integrate Stibo MDM with ERP, CRM, Data Warehouse, eCommerce, and other enterprise systems using APIs and middleware.
• Support metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for migration, onboarding, testing, and deployment activities.
• Conduct root cause analysis and troubleshoot MDM/data quality issues.
• Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, governance guidelines, and architecture diagrams.
• Mentor junior team members and support best practice adoption.
