Job summary

Infosys is seeking a skilled MDM specialist to develop and maintain MDM components and data models within the Data Analytics Unit. The role involves real-time, unified Customer 360 data across enterprise systems and collaboration with ERP/CRM integrations.

The candidate will implement quality rules, support migrations, and lead client workshops while mentoring junior developers through delivery cycles.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Stibo MDM.
• Experience across On-Prem and/or IDMC SaaS.
• Experience implementing MDM domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, Finance).
• MDM project lifecycle across all implementation phases.
• Customer 360 or multi-domain implementations experience.

• Develop and configure MDM components including match/merge, survivorship, workflows, and data models.
• Integrate with upstream/downstream systems (ERP, CRM, APIs).
• Implement data quality rules and cleansing logic.
• Support data migration and onboarding from legacy systems.
• Lead client workshops and solution discussions.
• Manage and mentor junior developers for delivery execution.

Technical Requirement

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Stibo MDM
• Experience across On-Prem and/or IDMC SaaS.
• Experience in implementing any of the MDM Domains (Customer, Product, Supplier, Finance etc )
• Should have worked in a MDM development project across all phases of implementation.
• Experience in Customer 360 or multi-domain implementations.
