Location: Pilibhit, Lucknow, Gurugram, Mumbai, Bengaluru
Engagement: Full-time, Contractual up to March 31, 2027
Remuneration: 3 LPA – 3.6 LPA (based on relevant experience)

Role Overview
We are seeking a STEM Trainer to design curriculum and deliver hands‑on learning in Robotics, AI, and STEM for school students. This is a field‑intensive role focused on building modules, working closely with students, and enabling experiential learning through projects, STEM kits, and lab‑based programmes across educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Curriculum & Module Development
- Design structured STEM curriculum and modules (Robotics, basic AI, coding, electronics).
- Develop project‑based lesson plans, activities, and learning resources.
- Create simple content for blended learning (worksheets, basic digital/video modules).
Training Delivery & Student Engagement
- Conduct interactive STEM sessions in school labs and classrooms.
- Work closely with students to build projects, prototypes, and real‑world applications.
- Facilitate hands‑on learning using STEM kits and robotics tools.
- Adapt delivery based on student levels and school contexts.
STEM Lab & Program Implementation
- Support setup and effective use of STEM/Robotics labs.
- Ensure proper handling and maintenance of kits and equipment.
- Travel extensively to partner schools for programme delivery.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Coordinate with teachers and school leadership for smooth execution.
- Support basic teacher orientation for STEM lab usage.
Assessment & Continuous Improvement
- Track student progress through projects and activities.
- Continuously refine curriculum based on feedback and on‑ground insights.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 2–4 years of experience in STEM/Robotics training or school‑based programmes.
- Background in Engineering, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience working directly with students.
Skills & Attributes
- Strong hands‑on skills in Robotics kits, electronics, and coding (Scratch/Python/Arduino).
- High adaptability in field‑based environments.
- Strong inclination towards education, skilling, and social impact.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills with learner‑centered teaching approach.
- Ability to engage, motivate, and mentor students across different age groups.
Other Requirements
- Willingness to travel extensively.
