creativity, and future-ready skills. We are seeking a passionate STEM Trainer who
can inspire students through hands-on learning in Robotics, Coding, Artificial Intelligence,
and Engineering Design.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging STEM and Robotics lessons for students from Primary to Senior School.
- Teach Robotics, Programming, Electronics, IoT, Artificial Intelligence, and Automation using age-appropriate platforms.
- Develop project-based learning modules aligned with CBSE/NEP guidelines and global STEM standards.
- Prepare students for national and international robotics competitions, hackathons, exhibitions, and innovation challenges.
- Mentor students in research, prototyping, and innovation projects.
- Conduct coding sessions using languages/platforms such as Scratch, Python, Arduino, LEGO Education, VEX, Raspberry Pi, or equivalent.
- Set up and maintain the Robotics & Innovation Lab, ensuring proper inventory management and equipment maintenance.
- Collaborate with teachers to integrate STEM concepts into classroom teaching across subjects.
- Organize STEM workshops, innovation camps, maker fairs, and parent engagement sessions.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies and introduce new tools and methodologies into the curriculum.
- Maintain student assessment records, project portfolios, and progress reports.
Eligibility & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, Robotics) or related discipline.
- Certification in Robotics, AI, Embedded Systems, or STEM Education will be an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Robotics, Coding, AI, IoT, Electronics, and Design Thinking.
- Hands-on experience with Arduino, Raspberry Pi, LEGO Education, VEX, micro:bit, sensors, and embedded systems.
- Proficiency in Python, Scratch, C/C++, or block-based programming platforms.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for experiential and inquiry-based learning.
