Role Overview

The STEM Educator will be responsible for delivering engaging, student-centric STEM sessions in a virtual environment while ensuring strong learning outcomes and participation.

This role involves planning and executing interactive activities, guiding students through hands‑on projects, and fostering curiosity and critical thinking. The educator will also contribute to continuous improvement of session quality, curriculum inputs, and overall program effectiveness.

This is a high-impact teaching role that combines instructional delivery, activity design, and student engagement in a structured online learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

• STEM Instruction & Session Delivery
• Deliver interactive and engaging STEM sessions in a virtual classroom environment.

Selection Criteria

• Professional Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Education, or a related STEM field.
• Experience:
• 2–5 years of experience in teaching, training, or STEM instruction.
• Prior experience in EdTech, online teaching, or experiential learning environments is preferred.
• Experience in handling students across different age groups is an advantage.
