We are seeking a passionate and innovative STEM Educator to inspire and engage students in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The ideal candidate will design and deliver hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences that foster critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development and Delivery: Design and implement engaging STEM lessons aligned with state and national standards. Use project-based learning (PBL) strategies to promote hands-on exploration and real-world problem-solving. Incorporate emerging technologies, coding, robotics, and other STEM tools into lessons.
• Instruction and Engagement: Teach STEM concepts to students at PRT & TGT Levels. Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Foster a collaborative and inclusive classroom environment. Utilize digital tools, simulations, and resources to enhance learning. Teach coding, programming, and the use of engineering design processes.
• Student Development: Encourage students to pursue STEM-related interests and careers. Mentor students in STEM competitions, fairs, and extracurricular activities.
• Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student performance through assessments, projects, and presentations. Provide constructive feedback and track student progress.
• Professional Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to develop interdisciplinary STEM initiatives. Participate in professional development opportunities to stay updated on STEM trends.
• Community and Outreach: Organize STEM events, workshops, or exhibitions for students and parents. Partner with local industries, universities, and organizations to enhance STEM opportunities.

Qualifications
