About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Associate – Statutory Audit to join our dynamic Assurance & Audit team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for executing statutory audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing high-quality service to our diverse client base, including multinational corporations, listed entities, and high-growth businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Audit Engagements: Drive statutory audit engagements in compliance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS.
• Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their needs, gather audit evidence, and resolve any issues.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to auditing standards, quality controls, and Companies Act, 2013 regulations.
• Audit Documentation: Prepare accurate, complete audit working papers and reports.
• Team Development: Provide guidance to junior team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on changes in auditing standards, accounting, and taxation laws.

What We’re Looking For

• Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 2–4 years of post-qualification experience in statutory audits.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS), IFRS, and taxation (GST, Service Tax, VAT).
• Audit Experience: Prior experience in auditing listed entities or multinational corporations is preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and audit software. Familiarity with ERPs like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills.
