Job summary

Sudit K. Parekh & Co. LLP invites a junior auditor to join our statutory audit practice. You will execute assignments independently, guide a small team, and participate in training and research to strengthen client delivery.

The role requires knowledge of Indian GAAP, tax awareness, and ERP exposure (Tally, SAP, JDE). Travel across locations and effective client communication are essential to succeed in this client‑facing engagement.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in Statutory Audit
• Knowledge of accounting standards and SA under Indian GAAP
• Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws
• Excellent team management and client handling experience
• Exposure to ERP environments (Tally, SAP, JDE)
• Strong communication with good command of English language

• Communicate with clients and their overseas counterparts wherever required

• Working knowledge about internal audits
• Flexible to work on non standard assurance engagements
• Travel across all locations

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• 0-2 years of experience in Statutory Audit
• knowledge of business processes, accounting, reporting and audit methodology
• knowledge and application of accounting standards and SAs under Indian GAAP
• Awareness of direct and indirect taxes and corporate laws
• Excellent team management and client handling experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Self starter with a strong work ethic
• Exposure to ERP environment (Tally, SAP, JDE, etc.)
• Strong communication, with good command on English language
