Palladium: Make It Possible in Mumbai is looking for a State CSR Fund Raising Expert to lead fundraising efforts and ensure project implementation. This client-facing role will involve coordinating with stakeholders, farmers, and team members to achieve project objectives within budget and timeline.
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in fundraising and a postgraduate degree in a relevant field. Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi is required for effective communication.
Palladium India is implementing projects with Hon. Balasaheb Thackeray Agribusiness & Rural Transformation Project, SMART where Palladium as Technical Support Agency (TSA) is providing handholding support for PIU- Village Social Transformation Foundation (VSTF) with an objective ‘to support the development of inclusive and competitive agriculture value chains, focusing on smallholder farmers and Agri-entrepreneurs in Maharashtra.
State CSR Fund Raising Expert will oversee the successful implementation of the project. This role includes promoting agribusiness, fund raising through CSR, supervising, coordinating, and ensuring the efficient execution of project. State CSR Fund Raising Expert will work closely with stakeholders, farmers, and other project team members to ensure that objectives are met on time and within budget.
This role is a client facing role as well as backend support role and the selected candidate shall be expected to work closely with the client, internal Palladium teams as well as experts onboarded from time to time. The candidate shall be allotted work related to this project or any other project activity in Palladium.
