Job summary

Ashray Akruti is seeking a Field Projects Coordinator to plan, execute, and monitor development activities in line with work plans and timelines. You will coordinate with field staff, beneficiaries, community leaders, and government partners to ensure smooth implementation.

You will conduct community visits, awareness campaigns, and stakeholder meetings, maintain documentation, submit progress reports, and ensure quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Social Work, Rural Development, Public Administration, Management or related field.
  • Fluent in Kannada.
  • Ability to work independently in field environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the state.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and monitor project activities in line with approved work plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with field staff, beneficiaries, community leaders, and other stakeholders for smooth implementation of project activities.
  • Conduct regular community visits, awareness campaigns, outreach programs, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, records, case files, and project-related data.
  • Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to management.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards in implementation.
  • Support recruitment, training, mentoring, and supervision of field teams.
  • Liaise and build partnerships with government departments, NGOs, CSR partners, and other relevant organizations.
  • Track project budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources in compliance with organizational guidelines.
  • Identify implementation challenges, provide practical solutions, and support timely issue resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies, donor requirements, and reporting standards.
  • Facilitate review meetings, field assessments, and monitoring visits.

Preferred candidate profile
