She Learns is a five-year(2026-2031) project to enable 27 lakh additional girls access to vocationaleducation in schools, including on-the-job training (OJT) in market-linkedaspirational trades. We seek a strategic leader who will strengthen institutionalemployment mechanisms for school students, amplify OJT/internship opportunitiesfor girls in aspirational market-linked trades, and support the implementationof the state vocational education action plan.
The State Consultant will work closely with the State Education Department tostrengthen planning, implementation, monitoring, and data systems for schoolvocational education under Samagra Shiksha, with a focus on improving schoolcoverage, delivery quality, and data-driven decision-making. The role ensuresalignment with the state vocational skilling ecosystem and the project. Itinvolves extensive stakeholder engagement, capacity building, and programmanagement.
Masters degree or higher in E ducation, SocialSciences, Public Policy, or a related field.
Strategic leadership: Demonstratedcapacity to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programmes at scale.
Stakeholderengagement and management: Ability to engage andpersuade diverse stakeholders.
Analytical thinking: Strong datainterpretation skills, academic content decoding, and evidence-baseddecision-making.
Communication: Exceptional verbaland written communication skills.
