To build its portfolio of work in the girlcapital domain at the state level, IPE Global is hiring a State Lead andSkill Development Expert to anchor the design, execution, and monitoring of a multi-stakeholder program focused on increasing female labour forceparticipation (FLFP) in paid employment in Rajasthan. This will require collaboratingwith a diverse set of stakeholders, including government bodies, private sectorcompanies, and community organisations.
Leadthe development and execution of a comprehensive strategy for enhancing femalelabour force participation (FLFP) in paid employment in Rajasthan, focusing onhigh-potential sectors and under-served geographies with particular focus onyoung women.
Oversee on-ground implementation ofinterventions spanning skill development, career counselling, safe mobility, workplace readiness, and social protection.
Leadstrategic research and industry consultations to identify non-traditional andemerging livelihood opportunities (e.g., green jobs, digital economy, careeconomy) aligned with local aspirations and labour market trends.
Leadthe review of existing enabling infrastructure, such as working women'shostels, etc., and develop strategies to create additional infrastructure toboost FLFP.
Guideimplementation of industry-aligned training ecosystems through partnershipswith sector skill councils, training institutions, and employers.
Monitorand evaluate the progress and impact of the programme using key performanceindicators (KPIs), adjusting strategies as needed based on evidence andfeedback.
Workcollaboratively with relevant state departments, private businesses, industryassociations, development partners and other implementation partners in thestate.
Workclosely with policymakers to support evidence-guided policy frameworks thatpromote young womens economic empowerment and employment opportunities.
Collaborate with the private sector forgender-responsive skilling, apprenticeships, and job creation, leveraging CSRfunds and ESG priorities.
Leada multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, andaccountability.
Providetechnical mentorship and build team capacity for effectively deliveringprogramme objectives.
Coordinateand collaborate with the national WEE team to ensure alignment.
Preparepolicy briefs, reports, and research papers to support engagement efforts andcontribute to public discourse on FLFP.
