Job summary

ICF is a global advisory and technology services provider seeking a senior stakeholder engagement specialist to map institutions, design engagement strategies, and facilitate consultations across government, academia, and civil society in multiple Indian states.

The role focuses on capacity building, training modules, and knowledge product development, including organizing trainings and workshops. A master’s degree and 8–12 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years in stakeholder engagement, institutional development, training and government advisory.
• Master's in Public Policy, Development Studies, Social Sciences, Communications, Management, Urban Planning or related field preferred.
