Job summary

Renesas is seeking an experienced Staff Test Engineer to join the Analog and Connectivity Business Unit in Bengaluru. The role focuses on developing state-of-the-art Memory Interface Device test capabilities from conception to volume production, working with a cross-functional team.

You will develop test programs, design test hardware for PMIC and I3C applications, and participate in DFT/DFM reviews to improve yield and test methodologies. The position supports a hybrid work model in India.

Qualifications

• Test Engineer with 10+ years developing hardware and software at Wafer Sort and Final Test for PMIC, Temp Sensors and I3C products.
• Test Lead experience preferred.
• 10+ years of experience on mFLEX, Advantest 93K, SPEA or equivalent tester.
• Experience using I2C, I3C, and SPI protocol as well as trim implementations for power IC products.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Self-starter, motivated, and able to work independently.

This role offers a unique and exciting opportunity to work on the development of state-of-the-art Memory Interface Devices.
