Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of experience in test engineering or related field.
• Experience with ATE platforms (COHU DMDX, STS8300 is a plus).
• Basic understanding of DFT concepts and production test flows.
• Experience in debugging analog and mixed-signal circuits.
• Programming skills in C/C++, Python, or similar.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ATE test programs and hardware for analog, mixed-signal, and power management products.

• Support product bring-up, characterization, and validation activities.

Senior Test Engineer

Job Description

This role is an experienced individual contributor position requiring solid hands‑on expertise in ATE test development, product validation, and debugging. The candidate will contribute to the development of reliable and cost‑effective test solutions, working closely with more senior engineers while progressively increasing autonomy on complex tasks. For this role you are expected to provide and own the schedule on problems of a diverse scope, with occasional guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ATE test programs and hardware for analog, mixed-signal, and power management products

• Execute test plan implementation, ensuring required test coverage and quality targets
