About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a 6–12 month contract, based onsite in Bangalore. This role will own full-cycle recruiting for engineering and technical positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams across [Engineering / RTL Design / DevOps / etc. — customize].

What You'll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical and engineering roles — from intake and sourcing through offer and close
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, interview plans, and evaluation criteria
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of technical talent through sourcing, referrals, and market mapping
• Drive candidate experience through timely communication, structured interviews, and transparent feedback loops
• Own requisition data hygiene and reporting within the ATS (Ashby)

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong track record in technical/engineering hiring (e.g., RTL Design, DFT, DevOps, Silicon Validation, Software Engineering)
• Experience recruiting in the India talent market, with strong knowledge of local compensation benchmarks and sourcing channels
• Hands‑on experience with an ATS (Ashby preferred); comfort owning pipeline data and reporting
• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to advise and influence hiring managers and leadership
• Excellent communication and candidate management skills
• Ability to work onsite and manage a high-volume, fast-paced hiring environment
• Prior experience in a contract/consulting recruiting capacity is a plus
