Job summary

Jobtailor in Bengaluru seeks a senior solutions engineer to lead enterprise discussions, translate architectural needs into actionable plans, and guide adoption of API integration and AI orchestration.

You will mentor juniors, collaborate with product and sales, and drive CI/CD and observability practices focused on security and automation with Linux, Docker, and Git.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical architecture, or similar customer-facing role.
• Solid AIOps and/or Kafka experience.
• Expertise in API Design and API Management principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of OAuth, OIDC, JWT, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Proficiency with Linux and containerization (Docker).
• Extensive experience with Git for version control.
• Deep knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tooling.
• Experience with SRE Observability tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC and its phases.
• Experience with automation scripting for infra and apps deployment.
• Excellent technical communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, technical architect, or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Solid AIOps experience and/or Solid Kafka experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in API Design and API Management principles and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Authentication mechanisms (OAuth, OIDC, JWT, etc.) and Cybersecurity best practices.
• Proficiency with Linux operating systems and containerization technologies like Docker.
• Extensive experience with Git for version control and collaborative software development.
• Deep knowledge of Continuous Integrations and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines and tools.
• Proven experience with SRE Observability tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and its various phases.
