Ivanti is currently seeking a Staff Software Engineer to work with the Enterprise IT Service Management Team on helping customers by ensuring the products are implemented and functioning as needed to achieve their desired outcomes. A Staff Software Engineer on this team will be a cross functional member who can work within a highly experienced group of engineers, as well as collaborate with others outside of the team to build industry leading Service Management and Content product.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Development of Cloud based applications for IT Service Management
• Deliver quality code via unit testing, provide guidance for both test automation and manual testing.
• Troubleshoot and determine root cause analysis of customer application issues.
• Work within a truly agile team that is willing to do whatever it takes to make the team successful.

To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have:

• 8+ years of total experience
• Good experience in Relational Database.
• Attention to detail, high degree of accuracy in daily work, ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Distributed and scalable cloud solutions
• Experience in Dockers containers system and containers orchestration like Kubernetes
• Experience in troubleshooting and identifying solutions for issues within Kubernetes and Docker environments.
• Knowledge in the following areas is a plus:
• Experience in ITIL processes, Service Management business exposure
