Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Hyderabad is seeking a Manager Projects/Operations to drive execution efficiency across IP Dev projects and develop executive-ready presentations and documentation.

You will manage status and accomplishments reports, and support senior staff on special projects using AI tools to enhance project management flows. The role requires coordinating teams, delivering on-time results, and producing management reports and communications for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Initiating the project, planning, and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management, and stakeholders
• Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
• Executing the work, coordinating and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time
• Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management
• Drive special projects chosen as highest priority for alignment across organizations and overall product time to market.
• Develop, coordinate, and sustain top-level organizational objectives with regular report-outs to senior leaders.
• Implement and oversee key metrics to ensure deliverables are achieved and have desired impact.
• Promote collaboration, drive deliverable execution.
• Lead and develop executive-ready presentations, team highlights/low-light summaries, objective summaries, and all-team communications.
• AI proficiency is a must - candidate should be able to develop flows enhancing project management efficiency,
• Leveraging Artificial Intelligence.
