Job description

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Email Growth based in India.

This is a high-impact product leadership role focused on accelerating growth and adoption across an email marketing product. You will own strategies that turn new users into active, engaged email users while improving activation, retention, expansion, and customer lifetime value. The role combines product strategy, growth experimentation, analytics, and product-led growth initiatives. You will work across onboarding, feature discovery, monetization, and viral growth loops to unlock new opportunities. Success will be measured through meaningful improvements in activation, engagement, retention, and revenue. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering, marketing, customer success, revenue operations, and other cross-functional teams in a global, remote-first environment.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the strategy for improving email activation and onboarding, creating frictionless journeys that accelerate time-to-value for agencies and sub-accounts.
  • Develop and scale product-led growth initiatives, including feature discovery, sharing mechanisms, adoption loops, and in-product monetization opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a high-velocity experimentation program covering onboarding, feature access, pricing, campaign setup, and other key conversion points.
  • Define and monitor activation funnels, engagement metrics, usage decay, retention cohorts, and other product health indicators to identify growth opportunities.
  • Use product analytics and customer insights to establish clear connections between email adoption, customer retention, lifetime value, and revenue growth.
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Growth Engineering, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Design, and Analytics teams to execute coordinated growth initiatives.
  • Establish clear growth objectives and success metrics, translating data and experimentation results into actionable product decisions.
  • In the first 90 days, analyze the end-to-end email user journey, identify major friction points, establish an experimentation backlog, launch initial tests, and align stakeholders around core growth metrics.
  • Over the first 12 months, deliver measurable improvements in email activation, develop scalable adoption loops, and demonstrate the impact of email engagement on retention and customer lifetime value.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of Product Management experience, with significant experience in growth, product-led growth, funnel optimization, monetization, or related areas within B2B SaaS.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and executing high-velocity A/B and multivariate experimentation programs that produce measurable business results.
  • Strong expertise in product analytics platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap, or similar tools, combined with experience in cohort analysis, funnel tracking, SQL, and data visualization.
  • Highly analytical and hypothesis-driven approach to product management, balanced with strong product intuition and customer empathy.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear product strategies, priorities, experiments, and measurable outcomes.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to influence and coordinate teams across engineering, marketing, design, analytics, and revenue functions.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM, agency management, or other MarTech products is a plus.
  • Experience with pricing and packaging, feature gating, or usage-based monetization models is a plus.
Benefits:
  • Remote-first work environment with flexibility to work from India.
  • Opportunity to operate in a global, distributed organization with colleagues across multiple countries.
  • High-impact ownership of growth initiatives spanning activation, adoption, retention, monetization, and product-led expansion.
  • Opportunity to work on a large-scale SaaS platform serving millions of businesses and handling significant volumes of customer and messaging activity.
  • Collaborative environment focused on innovation, experimentation, and measurable impact.
  • Cross-functional exposure across product, engineering, marketing, customer success, analytics, and revenue operations.
  • Additional compensation, healthcare, perks, and other benefits may be provided according to the applicable employment package and local policies.
