Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in ward, ER, Gynecology Ward, and ICU settings
• Assess, monitor, and document patient vital signs, conditions, and responses to treatment
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Assist doctors during procedures, examinations, and emergency interventions
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper handover documentation
• Coordinate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Operate and monitor medical equipment such as ventilators, defibrillators, and infusion pumps
• Provide emotional support and health education to patients and their families
