Betterway Ayurved in Safdarjung Enclave is seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse with hands-on Panchakarma therapy experience to join our center. We focus on root-cause management of lifestyle disorders and patient-centered care.

The role involves performing Abhyanga, Swedana, Shirodhara and related therapies, supporting senior doctors, monitoring vitals, preparing herbal medicines, and guiding patients through post-treatment recovery and dietary guidance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/DANP or Panchakarma Therapy Diploma required.
• 1+ year experience in ayurvedic hospital/clinic.
• Fluent Hindi and basic English.
• Proficiency in core Panchakarma treatments and vitals monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Execute Panchakarma therapies like Abhyanga, Swedana, Shirodhara, Janu/Kati Basti, and Nasyam.
• Assist senior Ayurvedic doctors, take vitals, track patient progress.
• Prepare and administer prescribed herbal medicines and oils.

Responsibilities

• Panchakarma Therapies: Execute procedures like Abhyanga, Swedana, Shirodhara, Janu/Kati Basti, and Nasyam under clinical hygiene standards.
• Clinical Support: Assist senior Ayurvedic doctors during consultations, measure vitals, and track patient progress.
• Medicine & Decoctions: Prepare, measure, and administer prescribed herbal medicines and oils (Kashayams).
• Patient Care: Guide patients through procedure instructions, post-treatment recovery, and dietary compliance.
• Sanitation & Inventory: Maintain clean, sterile therapy rooms and ensure adequate stock of oils, steam equipment, and herbs.

Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Ayurvedic Nursing & Pharmacy (DANP), Panchakarma Therapy Diploma, or B.Sc. Ayurveda Nursing.
• Experience: 1+ years in a recognized Ayurvedic hospital or clinic.
