Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate and quality nursing care to patients as per hospital protocols.
• Monitor and record patients vital signs, clinical condition and treatment progress.
• Administer medications, injections and treatments as prescribed by doctors.
• Assist doctors during procedures, examinations and emergency interventions.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes, patient records and required documentation.
• Ensure proper patient identification, medication safety and infection-control practices.
• Follow NABH standards, hospital policies and nursing protocols.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing team and other departments for effective patient care.
• Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, hygiene and discharge instructions.
• Ensure proper handover and takeover of patients during shift changes.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety and availability of equipment and nursing supplies.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and follow appropriate escalation procedures.
