Job summary

Easy Nurse Global is seeking a dedicated nurse to provide comprehensive bedside patient care across ICU, CCU, and general wards in Mumbai.

You will monitor vital signs, administer medications as prescribed, and operate critical care equipment. The role requires teamwork with physicians and support staff, strict adherence to infection control, and detailed handovers at each shift.

Qualifications

• Must have valid nursing registration (MNC) or proof of renewal/application.
• Strong clinical observation and patient empathy.
• Effective shift communication and ability to stay calm during emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care across ICU, CCU, and general wards.
• Monitor and report vital signs and patient condition changes accurately.
• Administer medications per doctor prescriptions (oral, IV, topical).
• Operate and monitor critical care equipment including monitors, pumps, ventilators.
• Assist physicians during rounds, procedures, and emergencies.
• Coordinate with lab, radiology, pharmacy, and support staff for care workflows.
• Adhere to hospital hygiene, infection control, and safety standards.
• Maintain up-to-date patient charts and shift handovers.

Role & responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive bedside patient care and clinical support across ICU, CCU, and general/special wards.
• Monitor, record, and report vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions accurately.
• Administer oral, intravenous, and topical medications and treatments strictly as per doctor prescriptions.
• Operate, monitor, and manage critical care equipment including monitors, infusion pumps, and ventilators.
• Assist physicians and consultants during clinical rounds, medical procedures, and emergency interventions.
• Coordinate seamlessly with laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, and support staff for diagnostic and treatment workflows.
• Maintain strict adherence to hospital hygiene, patient safety protocols, and infection control standards.
• Maintain clean, detailed, and up-to-date patient medical charts and shift handovers.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: GNM (General Nursing and Midwifery) or B.Sc Nursing.
• Registration: Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) Registration (or proof of renewal/application).
• Experience: 0 to 5 years of nursing experience in hospital, ICU, or ward setups (Freshers with strong clinical internship training are welcome).
• Key Skills: Strong clinical observation, patient empathy, effective shift communication, and calmness under pressure during medical emergencies.
• Work Location & Timings: Willingness to work in rotational shifts across partner hospitals in Mumbai.
