Job summary

Sri Arunodayam is seeking nursing staff to administer medications and treatments according to physicians' prescriptions, care for wounds, and document vitals. The role includes assisting with IV catheter procedures and accompanying children to hospital as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a B.Sc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing and is eligible for Nursing Council registration. Inventory management and problem-solving are also part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Critical thinking & problem solving

• Capable of documenting vitals accurately
• Registered with Nursing Council or eligible to register

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Clean and dress wounds, change dressings as required
• Document temperature, BP and oxygen saturation
• Assist with IV catheter insertion and removal
• Maintain inventory and order nursing supplies as needed
• Accompany children to hospital when required

Job description

To Administer medications and treatment s as per Physicans Prescriptions.

Cleaning and dressing wounds, changing bandages if required .

Knowledge of using Stethoscopes, Glucometers, thermometers,Pulse oximeters, B P Machine

Documenting Temprature , B.P, Oxygen level concentration

Insertion and removal of IV catheters ( intravenous)

Maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as per requirement.

To accompany children while taking them to hospital.
