As a key technical leader, you\'ll have full ownership of designing and architecting the frontend, collaborating with product and UX teams to create seamless user experiences. You will also mentor junior engineers, drive frontend best practices, and help scale the team and systems as we grow.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and build complex, high-performance frontend solutions, focusing on customer onboarding and third-party integrations.
• Lead the creation of a self-serve platform, ensuring smooth customer experiences from configuration to deployment.
• Scale and optimise the frontend infrastructure using modern frameworks like ReactJS, NextJS, AngularJs or similar.
• The Basics of VueJs and NodeJS are a plus.
• Develop and maintain a robust design system that supports consistency across the application.
• Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and backend engineers to deliver high-impact features.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to engineers, fostering a culture of learning and technical growth.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in frontend development, with a proven track record of building and scaling large, complex applications.
• Expert knowledge in ReactJS, NextJS, or similar modern frontend frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience with frontend architecture and design systems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a proactive, flexible, and hands-on approach.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
• Previous experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-based systems is a plus.
