Role requires 8+ years in hardware, a B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE, and strong experience with schematic capture, PCB reviews, and high-speed interfaces. Knowledge of cellular tech and EM/EMC testing is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in hardware development.
• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or EEE.
• Proficiency in design schematics, PCB and Gerber reviews.
• Experience with QCOM or NVIDIA platform is a plus.
• Collaboration with software teams to solve system-level issues.
• Hands-on bring-up and field debugging for products.
• Experience with ESS/EMI/EMC qualification tests.
• Knowledge of cellular technologies like GSM, LTE, 5G.
• Experience with test equipment: oscilloscope, VNA, spectrum analyzer.
• Support manufacturing for reliable production quality.
• Design to support test development and sustaining test efforts.

• Review Schematics, PCB layouts and Gerber files.
• Collaborate with Software team to address system-level issues.
• Lead bring-up and field debugging of products.
• Qualification testing for ESS/EMI/EMC and related standards.
• Work with Mechanical, ECAD, BSP, CE, SCM teams.
• Stay updated on cellular tech (GSM/LTE/5G) and related tests.
• Utilize test equipment including scopes and vector analyzers.
• Support manufacturing for consistent production quality.
• Contribute to test development and long-term sustainment.

Job Overview: As a Staff Engineer at Netradyne, you will lead the development and testing of our next‑generation products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a high quality and reliable product in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for designing/reviewing high-speed system hardware, e.g. CPU, LPDDR4/4x, MIPI-CSI/DSI, SDIO, eMMC/UFS, FGPA/CPLD, LDO, SMPS, POL and Industry Standard buses (I2C, SPI, UART, PDM for DMICs, I2S and CAN).
• Should have knowledge of design Schematics, PCB, and Gerber reviews
• Design experience in QCOM, NVIDIA platform will be added advantage.
• Working with Software team in solving system level issues.
• Hands‑on experience on bring‑up/ Field installed system debugging for products.
• Hands on experience in qualification of systems (ESS/ EMI / EMC)
• Working with cross functional teams like Mechanical, ECAD, BSP, CE, SCM.
• Understanding of cellular technologies like GSM, LTE, 5G etc.
• Get experience in test and measurement equipment including High End Oscilloscope, Logic/Spectrum/Vector Network analyzers
• Support for Manufacturing for Reliable production quality.
• Design to support test development and strategy like PTS and provide sustaining test support throughout the product life cycle.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or EEE.
• 8+ years of experience in Hardware development.
• Proficiency in tools Orcad, Mentor, Cadence
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in working with Product Companies.
• Experience with Camera sensors and AI processors
