Netradyne is seeking a Senior Engineer - Hardware based in Bengaluru to lead development and testing of next‑generation hardware products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality, reliable systems in a fast-paced environment.

• Bachelor's degree in ECE or EEE required.
• 3+ years experience in Hardware development, bring up, testing and debugging.
• Proficiency in OrCAD, Mentor, Cadence and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Testing, debugging and reviewing high-speed hardware components (CPU, LPDDR4/4x, MIPI-CSI/DSI, SDIO, eMMC/UFS, FGPA/CPLD, LDO, SMPS, POL).
• Design schematics, PCB and Gerber reviews.
• Bring-up and field debugging for products.
• Use test equipment (Oscilloscopes, Vector Network Analyzers) to diagnose hardware issues.
• Collaborate with Software, Mechanical, ECAD, BSP, CE, SCM and OEM vendors.
• Support manufacturing for reliable production quality.
• Enable test development and sustaining test throughout the product life cycle.

Job Overview

As a Senior Engineer Hardware at Netradyne, you will lead the development and testing of our next‑generation products. You will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver a high quality and reliable product in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for testing /debugging /reviewing high‑speed system hardware, e.g. CPU, LPDDR4/4x, MIPI‑CSI/DSI, SDIO, eMMC/UFS, FGPA/CPLD, LDO, SMPS, POL and Industry Standard buses (I2C, SPI, UART, PDM for DMICs, I2S and CAN).
• Should have knowledge of design Schematics, PCB, and Gerber reviews
• Hands‑on experience on bring‑up/ Field installed system debugging for products.
• Strong experience in test and measurement equipment including High End Oscilloscope, Logic/Spectrum/Vector Network analyzers
• Gathering field data and analyzing field issues
• Design experience in QCOM, NVIDIA platform will be added advantage.
• Working with Software team in solving system level issues.
• Hands on experience in qualification of systems (ESS/ EMI / EMC)
• Working with cross functional teams like Software, Mechanical, ECAD, BSP, CE, SCM. and OEM vendors
• Understanding of cellular technologies like GSM, LTE, 5G etc.
• Support for Manufacturing for Reliable production quality.
• Design to support test development and strategy like PTS and provide sustaining test support throughout the product life cycle.

Mandatory Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE or EEE.
• 3+ years of experience in Hardware development, bring up, Testing and Debugging
• Proficiency in tools OrCAD, Mentor, Cadence and excel
• Strong problem‑solving and hardware debugging skills

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in working with Product Companies.
• Experience with Camera sensors and AI processors
• Basic SQL and Python scripting
