Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer for Design Verification Engineering in Bengaluru to lead DV for complex designs using UVM and formal methods.

You will architect verification environments, define test plans, and drive DV coverage across block and sub-system levels, coordinating with co-sim and firmware teams to ensure robust top-level verification. Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science or equivalent.
• 6–10 years of design verification experience with UVM and constrained random, coverage-based approaches.
• Strong DV fundamentals and scalable DV environment architecture for first-pass DV success.
• Translate DV requirements into robust test plans and generate coverage metrics.
• Experience with AI tools in DV.
• Ability to learn end applications/systems and map to smart verification plans.
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills; strong teamwork and communication.

• Verify complex designs (accelerators, datapath IP, processor cores) using UVM/Formal DV.
• Architect testbenches and verification environments in UVM and formal methodologies.
• Define test plans, tests, and verification flows for block/sub-system levels; drive closure of code/functional coverage.
• Integrate block testbenches into sub-system UVM environments and verify integration.
• Coordinate with analog co-sim and firmware teams for top-level chip verification.
• Evaluate 3rd party IPs for design quality and DV integration; establish benchmarking flows.
