Job description

Responsibilities

• Engage in block level and sub‑system level design and timing optimization, and supervise their layout.
• Partner with the Logic Team to explain and support the array functionality.
• Collaborate with project teams to define full‑chip floorplan and fit/placement of core circuits at the full‑chip level.
• Work with Technology Development to finalize array waveforms.
• Perform circuit optimization from base cells through full‑chip level using simulation tools such as HSPICE, Fast SPICE, and NCVerilog.
• Mentor junior designers to help them grow.
• Document block level and sub‑system level Micro‑Architecture Spec (MAS) per industry standards such as ISO26262.
• Maintain deep knowledge of digital, analog, and mixed‑signal circuit design, CMOS device physics, and Flash cell array functionality.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD with 2–6years or BS with 6–10years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep knowledge and understanding of digital, analog and mixed‑signal circuits.
• Deep knowledge of CMOS device physics.
• Deep knowledge of Flash array and reliability mechanisms.
• Proficiency with analog and digital simulation tools such as HSPICE, Fast SPICE and NCVerilog.
• Strong verbal communication skills (English).
• Interest and motivation to work as an engineer on sophisticated systems‑level products.
• Ability to establish and maintain good relationships with colleagues.
• Proven ability to achieve results in a fast‑moving, dynamic environment.
