Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total experience 7+ years.
• Experience in Data Engineering with hands-on experience in .NET Core development, especially building RESTful APIs.
• Strong experience in Python programming.
• Hands-on working experience with PySpark and distributed computing (Spark).
• Solid experience with Dapper, SQL, XUnit, NUnit, RabbitMQ.
• Strong database skills, preferably with PostgreSQL.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Writing and reviewing high-quality code.
• Understanding clients' business use cases and technical requirements, and translating them into technical designs that meet the requirements.
• Mapping decisions with requirements and communicating them to developers.
• Identifying solutions and selecting the best options to meet client needs.
• Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation.
• Writing and reviewing design documents explaining overall architecture, framework, and high-level design of the application for developers.
• Reviewing architecture and design aspects like extensibility, scalability, security, design patterns, user experience, NFRs, etc., ensuring best practices are followed.
• Developing and designing solutions based on functional and non-functional requirements, selecting appropriate technologies, patterns, and frameworks.
• Understanding and applying technology integration scenarios in projects.
• Resolving issues raised during code reviews through root cause analysis and justifying decisions.
• Carrying out POCs to validate suggested designs and technologies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
