Job summary

BP plc is hiring a Staff DevOps Engineer for Salesforce in a hybrid office/remote setup in India (Pune). You will design and manage CI/CD for Salesforce using Azure DevOps, automate deployments, and lead tooling and security best practices across multiple orgs.

Strong APEX and scripting skills are required, with deep Salesforce DX experience. You will mentor engineers within the Salesforce Center for Enablement, drive process improvements, and collaborate with platform teams to ensure robust

Qualifications

• 9+ years of DevOps engineering with automation, CI/CD, and pipeline mgmt.
• Proven expertise in MS Azure DevOps, pipeline design and integration.
• Strong Salesforce delivery experience including DX, scratch orgs, and metadata deployments.
• Solid coding skills in APEX (CLI) plus Python/Shell/PowerShell.
• Experience building testing frameworks (unit, integration, E2E) for Salesforce delivery.
• Experience in release management and structured deployment processes.
• Knowledge of security guidelines in Salesforce and cloud environments.
