Responsibilities

• OTC Operations & Settlement: Manage end-to-end OTC trade lifecycle across asset classes and ensure timely settlement.
• Nostro Reconciliations: Perform daily reconciliations and coordinate with counterparties for resolution.
• Collateral Management & Margin Ops: Oversee collateral movements and margin calculations, ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Title: Associate Manager/Manager - OTC Settlement and Collateral.

Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Capital Markets Operations team as an Assistant Manager/Manager.

The role will be responsible for end-to-end OTC Derivatives Operations, including trade lifecycle management, pre and post-settlement activities, Nostro reconciliations, collateral management, margin call processing, dispute resolution, and corporate actions.

The ideal candidate should possess strong operational expertise, stakeholder management skills, and hands-on experience in driving automation initiatives using AI, Agentic Bots, and Intelligent Process Automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

OTC Operations & Settlement:

• Manage end-to-end OTC trade lifecycle processes across various asset classes including FX, Equities, Rates, and Credit Derivatives.
• Oversee pre-settlement and post-settlement activities, ensuring timely and accurate settlement of trades.
• Investigate and resolve settlement failures, breaks, and operational discrepancies.

Nostro Reconciliations:

• Perform daily cash and securities Nostro reconciliations.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and coordinate with counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
• Ensure aging items are minimized and tracked through closure.
• Prepare MIS and reconciliation metrics for management review.

Collateral Management & Margin Operations:

• Manage collateral allocation, optimization, substitutions, and collateral movements.
• Oversee daily variation margin, initial margin, and regulatory margin calculations.
• Process and validate margin calls with counterparties.
• Ensure compliance with ISDA, CSA, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor collateral exposures and mitigate settlement and counterparty risks.

Dispute Management:

• Investigate and resolve margin and valuation disputes with counterparties.
• Track dispute aging and implement root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and audit trails.
