Tekskills Inc. seeks an experienced SRE/Observability Architect to drive observability and AI-driven operations across Pan India. Must-have New Relic and strong monitoring expertise in cloud-native environments.

Role requires 10+ years in SRE/Observability with hands-on skills in Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and AI-enabled incident management. Remote work option available nationwide with collaboration across teams.

Qualificações

• Must have New Relic – mandatory monitoring and observability tool.
• 5+ years in Observability / Monitoring.
• 2+ years in AI/ML or AIOps.
• Experience with Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Datadog, BigPanda.
• Cloud and container tech: AWS/Azure/GCP & Kubernetes/EKS.
• Scripting and infra as code: Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible.
• CI/CD and DevOps automation experience.
• Knowledge of Metrics, Logs, Traces, Distributed Tracing & AIOps.
• GenAI: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock.
• AI/Agentic AI, Intelligent Alerting, Predictive Analytics & Automated RCA.
• API Integrations and MLOps concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SRE Observability & AIOps initiatives.
• Architect and implement monitoring across cloud-native environments.
• Oversee alerting, incident response, and RCA automation.
• Collaborate with DevOps and software engineering teams.
