Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking an experienced SRE/Observability Architect to lead nationwide observability initiatives. This role focuses on cloud-native monitoring, automation, and AI-driven operations to improve reliability and incident response.

You will work with tools like New Relic, Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) plus Kubernetes. Strong scripting (Python, Bash) and IaC (Terraform, Ansible) are required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in SRE/Observability/Monitoring.
• New Relic is mandatory and a must-have for the role.
• 5+ years in Observability / Monitoring and 2+ years in AI/ML or AIOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead SRE Observability & AIOps initiatives and architectures.
• Implement and optimize monitoring across cloud-native stacks.
• Collaborate on automation, AI-driven incident response, and predictive analytics.

We are looking for an experienced SRE / Observability Architect with strong expertise in monitoring, cloud-native technologies, automation, and AI-driven operations.

Must-Have Skills:

• New Relic – Mandatory
• 5+ years in Observability / Monitoring
• 2+ years in AI/ML or AIOps
• Dynatrace, Grafana, Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, Splunk, Datadog / BigPanda
• AWS / Azure / GCP & Kubernetes / EKS
• Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible
• CI/CD & DevOps automation
• Metrics, Logs, Traces, Distributed Tracing & AIOps
• GenAI – OpenAI, Azure OpenAI or AWS Bedrock
• AI/Agentic AI, Intelligent Alerting, Predictive Analytics & Automated RCA
