• Proficient communication, written and verbal, for cross-team collaboration.
• Experience resolving complex technical issues with customers.
• Engineering or CS degree preferred.
• Customer-driven mindset focused on high-quality support.
• Familiarity with VMware, Citrix, and Microsoft technologies.
• Ability to develop tools and enhance knowledge bases.

About the Team

The Systems Reliability Engineer III will join a dynamic and collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring the reliability of services at Nutanix. The work setup for this position is hybrid, requiring team members to be in the office three days a week for meetings and collaboration, while allowing flexibility for remote work on other days.

This role does not require any travel, enabling you to focus on delivering outstanding support and service to customers while maintaining a healthy work-life balance in a hybrid setup.

Your Role

What You Will Bring

• Experience in directly resolving complex technical issues with customers
• Degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
