Job summary

Concentrix Bengaluru is seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our engineering team. You will own the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud and on-prem infrastructure, building robust CI/CD pipelines and automating infrastructure to support rapid software delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines for cloud-based apps.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes clusters, container orchestration, and deployment patterns.
• Experience building MSI packages for application deployment and updates.
• Proficiency in Azure Cloud services and infrastructure management.
• Solid Docker expertise and container lifecycle knowledge.
• Programming/scripting skills in .NET/C# and Python; Linux shell proficiency.
• Strong troubleshooting across infrastructure and applications; incident management.
• Experience with VM patching strategies and tooling.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join our engineering team. As an SRE, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our infrastructure and applications. You will work closely with development, operations, and security teams to build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines, automate infrastructure, and troubleshoot complex issues across our cloud and on-prem environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Azure (e.g., AZ-104, AZ-400) or Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or ARM templates.
• Knowledge of security best practices in cloud and container environments.
