Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SRE, production support, and DevOps practices.
• Cloud platforms: GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, container orchestration.
• Observability tools: Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, AppDynamics.
• Automation: Python, shell scripting, Terraform, Ansible.
• CI/CD: Jenkins, GitHub, Azure DevOps.
• ITSM tools: ServiceNow.
• Experience in Retail/Healthcare domain desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute enterprise SRE strategy and roadmap.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and fault-tolerant systems.
• Establish SLIs, SLOs, and Error Budgets.
• Drive observability (monitoring, logging, tracing) frameworks.
• Lead AIOps and automation initiatives for proactive operations.
• Own major incident management and RCA governance.
• Collaborate across Dev, Infra, Security, and Business teams.
• Mentor and lead distributed SRE/DevOps teams.
