Elsevier is seeking a Sr UX Designer II to own end-to-end design for Editor Relationship Management System and Editor Portal, hosted on Salesforce and Experience Cloud. You will collaborate with PMs and developers across a global team, shaping complex, data-rich experiences for academic editors.

The ERMS team is a cross-functional group of product, engineering and UX professionals based across the UK, Amsterdam, and India, and works closely with editorial stakeholders across Elsevier's journal portfolio.
As the Senior UX Designer you will be working on a number of key product areas; the main focus will be on the Editor Relationship Management System and its related Editor Portal, which are hosted on Salesforce and Salesforce Experience Cloud. You will own the design end-to-end, manage complex UX challenges, and deliver UI specifications. You will be an embedded member of the project team, collaborating closely with the Product Manager and development team throughout design, refinement, and build. You will also be supported by the wider DBS UX design team, who will help you onboard and provide design feedback throughout the engagement.
