Job summary

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design of complex AI-powered enterprise products—from discovery to launch.

• Drive product discovery through customer research, analytics, usability testing, and rapid experimentation.

• Navigate ambiguity, balance customer needs with business and technical constraints, and independently drive design decisions.
• Present design rationale, influence stakeholders, collaborate closely with Engineering, and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Champion accessibility, design excellence, and mentor other designers through critiques.
