Position: UI/UX Designer

Key Responsibilities:

User Research & Insights:
Conduct in-depth user research to understand user needs, pain points, and behaviors. Collaborate closely with product teams to translate insights into user-centered design solutions.
UI/UX Design:
Design intuitive, aesthetically pleasing interfaces for web and mobile applications. Utilize design tools like Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD to create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows that present clear design concepts and user journeys.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, to ensure seamless implementation of designs. Actively participate in design reviews, feedback sessions, and project updates to ensure continuous design improvement and alignment with user goals.
Usability Testing:
Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to gather valuable feedback and insights. Iteratively refine designs to enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction based on testing outcomes.
Visual Design:
Create visually engaging UI components, layouts, and graphics that align with Schbang’s brand identity. Ensure the design language is consistent and enhances the overall user experience across platforms.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of hands-on experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills, user research, and final outcomes.
Expert in design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
A strong portfolio demonstrating a wide range of design skills, including UI/UX design, user research insights, wireframing, and high-fidelity mockups.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
Passion for Design:
A strong passion for innovative design solutions and creating experiences that drive user engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Bonus Skills:
