• Build, maintain, and enhance reusable automation frameworks using best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA members to translate requirements into test scenarios.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve automation, environment, and test execution issues.
• Review automation scripts and test results to ensure adherence to standards.
• Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve requirement analysis, test design, and automation productivity.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Document defects, test execution results, and project status updates clearly.
• Drive continuous improvements in automation practices and overall QA quality.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
