Job summary

Altera Digital Health in Pune is seeking a Sr Technical Support Consultant for the Paragon Patient Accounting team. The role focuses on documenting issues, guiding customers, and translating problems for product teams. You will develop training content and execute SQL to support revenue cycle and patient accounting processes.

Candidates should have 5 years of US revenue cycle/claims experience, and finance/commercial qualifications. Willingness to work after-hours IST is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/MBA in Finance or master's in commerce/healthcare admissions and financials.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience in US revenue cycle/Claims Management.
• US Accounting experience would be good to have.

Responsibilities

Job Profile:

• Document issues and customer requests, following standard operating procedures and meeting SLAs.
• Explain and demonstrate application issues to product development teams and convey customer
• Develop training content for customers and support team members.
• Write and execute Structured Query Language (SQL)
• Work Revenue Cycle issues, Patient Accounting, and claims.

Working Arrangements

• Shift Timings: 6.30 PM - 3.30 AM IST (Fixed Shift)
• Able and willing to work after-hours, on-call and/or holidays
