This role is a senior-level program leadership position focused on driving the successful delivery of large-scale AI and LLM-powered initiatives within enterprise environments.

You will coordinate complex, cross-functional programs spanning AI engineering, infrastructure, product, security, and customer-facing teams, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution. The position plays a critical role in enabling the deployment of production-grade AI agents, orchestration systems, and advanced RAG-based architectures.

You will operate in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment where ambiguity is expected and strong structure, communication, and execution discipline are essential.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering leaders and stakeholders across global teams, particularly within Microsoft and Azure ecosystems. This is a high-impact opportunity for a program leader who can translate emerging AI capabilities into scalable, enterprise-ready solutions.

Accountabilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and LLM-based initiatives, including agentic systems, orchestration frameworks, RAG pipelines, and enterprise AI integrations.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution across AI engineering, infrastructure, product, security, operations, and customer success teams.
• Manage program plans, dependencies, timelines, risks, and escalation paths across multiple parallel workstreams.
• Partner with engineering and platform teams to operationalize AI solutions within Azure and Microsoft enterprise environments.
• Oversee deployment readiness, including governance, responsible AI controls, compliance, observability, and production support planning.
• Define and implement scalable program management frameworks, reporting structures, and delivery best practices for AI initiatives.
• Track and communicate program health, delivery risks, and roadmap progress to executive stakeholders.
• Align technical teams and business stakeholders on priorities, scope, and execution timelines.
• Support enterprise integration efforts involving Microsoft 365, Teams, Copilot, APIs, and internal systems.
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tooling, and cross-team collaboration models.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Technical Program Management within enterprise software, cloud, or AI-driven environments.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional technical programs involving APIs, distributed systems, or AI/LLM platforms.
• Strong understanding of AI/LLM concepts, including agentic systems, orchestration workflows, and modern AI architectures.
• Experience working closely with engineering teams delivering production-grade SaaS or AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and Microsoft enterprise ecosystem integrations.
• Strong skills in program execution, dependency management, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Excellent executive communication, organizational leadership, and analytical capabilities.
• Preferred experience with tools such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex.
• Background in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or platform operations is a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile are considered an advantage.
